Design and build an artificial island of 115 ha including 34M m3 sandfill with ground improvement and 8 km seawalls plus 300,000 m2 pavement and two bridges linking the international airport to the mainland.reclaimed island created by CHEC. The project was stared in March,1992 with the total contract value being 1.05 billion US dollars.
