CHEC Employees Donate for Children in West China Region

December 23, 2011

Chuancheng School of Yongjing County in China’s Northwest Province of Gansu is a donation recipient of "Regular School Comprehensive Donation Program" of CHEC. CHEC distributed 336 caring parcels to the 336 students of the school on December 15.

Most of the students’ family are poor in the region and it is hard for the children to have classes in winters.

CHEC employees donated RMB 67,200 to purchase 336 caring parcels, which were handed over to the 336 students of Chuancheng School by China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation. The school held a distribution ceremony which created lively and joyous atmosphere. Each student received one caring parcel containing one piece of down jacket, one scarf, one pair of socks, one pair of knee pads and one seat cushion. The children used to wear thin clothes. Now they put on warm down jacket and beautiful scarf, smiling joyfully and happily.

Now love of CHEC's employees warmed the children and timely helped the needy children. This also demonstrated CHEC' s conscious sense of social responsibility and its employees' philanthropy concept "Love our own and others' children".
